With deep experience working with women, youth, and persons with disabilities (PWDs), we design programs that are accessible, equitable, and locally relevant.
- We apply participatory design methods: involving beneficiaries (women, youth, PWDs) in co-creating program content, delivery modes, and evaluation methods, so that what we build actually works for them.
- We ensure accessibility by design: content and venues that accommodate PWDs (sign language, accessible materials, inclusive physical accessibility), consideration for gender diversity, youth perspectives etc.
- We contextualize delivery to local realities (rural/urban settings, local languages, digital access constraints) so that design is not one-size-fits-all.
- We build monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) frameworks specifically adapted for inclusion: measuring not only outputs and impact but who is included, at what level, what barriers remain.
- We offer capacity building for implementing partners or local community organizations: training them to deliver inclusive programs, manage logistics, budget for accessibility, and sustain impact over time.
